DAY 3 UPDATE

That’s was a very hard day. Seventeen miles in heat and hills.

Figen Murray OBE has toughed it out though and I remain proud of her resilience and determination.

I think reality has hit home a bit today and some of the aches and pains have been a bit amplified by 8 hours of pounding the #TissingtonTrail

Personally I’m feeling it today.

However, we’ve been privileged to walk through some beautiful scenery in the company of some beautiful people. Thank you to my work colleague Mathew Aylward-Connor for joining us.
